I'm not really sure what level of support I need for me CeMAP studies, can you help?
If you’re trying to figure out the “best” way to pass CeMAP, the truth is there isn’t one route that works for everyone. Some people genuinely do not need expensive courses, fast tracks, or endless video lessons to qualify. If you were usually confident with exams at school, don’t mind studying from a textbook, and feel fairly comfortable with multiple choice exams, you can probably pass using the official books, a solid study plan, and some mock papers. In that case, keeping costs low and giving yourself 6–12 months to study around work and life is often the smartest option.
On the other hand, if CeMAP has been hanging over you for months, you struggle with self-study, or you know motivation and confidence are going to be an issue, getting support can massively speed things up and make the process far less overwhelming.

The main thing to think about is how quickly you want to qualify, how much structure you need, and realistically how you study best.
If you’re happy studying independently but want easier learning tools, the E-Learning Bundle gives you video lessons, flashcards, mock questions, and WhatsApp support with an estimated completion time of around 6–12 weeks.
If your priority is qualifying as fast as possible, the Fast Track Course is an intensive classroom-style option where most people finish in around 10 days.
And for people balancing busy jobs, children, or unpredictable schedules, the 1:1 Coaching route offers a completely personalised plan built around your life, with direct support throughout. At the end of the day, the “right” route isn’t about what looks most impressive online, it’s about choosing the option that gives YOU the best chance of actually getting qualified.
It says the content is available for a year is this for all packages?
Really it means 'Until you're Qualified', so if you reach the 12 month mark with your studies your access will end. HOWEVER pop me a message, as long as you can show me you still haven't passed the exams I will add another 12 months access on there for nothing :)
Who can sign on to do your courses?
The short answer is anyone! The majority of my students come from a completely different backgrounds (lorry drivers, HR managers, warehouse packers, Emergency Services etc) and for many of my past students, English isn’t their first language, in my experience they can often pick up the material much faster than those who already work within the mortgage space because they don't have to 'un-learn' bits. You need to have a good grasp of English as the course material and the exams are in English, you need to be motivated to learn and engage with the course material, that’s it!
As someone who doesn’t have a strong academic background, what is the level of difficulty out of 10, for Cemap 1-3?
This is an almost impossible question to answer as I’ve found no two students have the same experience and their journey’s to CeMAP are all different. Ultimately it depends on how you learn, it absolutely IS possible to get qualified just using the textbook with no additional support but I’d say that difficulty is an 8/9, whereas with support in the right way you can bring it down to a 5.
Do you have any data or references which supports the real need for mortgage advisors in the market right now, basically is it a good time to enter?
I couldn't find any credible, up to data for this, what I will tell you is people are always going to need mortgage advisors, more so now while rates are so high, people need to shop around for the best deal. Beyond that, whenw e look at the progression of AI, evidence suggests that people are actively looking for MORE human interactions, not less. Even if the housing market stagnates, those already in homes need to remortgage every 3 – 5 years anyway so the custom is always there.
What is the difference between your supporting coursework documents, i.e your videos, versus the approved providers that are out there?
The shortest answer is my teaching style. I believe with the other large providers you can get sample material from them to see if it works for you and I’d recommend doing this first. You can do the same with my material, there is a tonne of free content to access here to decide whether you like the way I teach (it’s not for everyone):
Your course is on the higher end in terms of cost, what makes your virtual learning better?
My costs represent the support that is given throughout your learning journey. Even with just the E-Learning Platform you get access to me over WhatsApp if anything just isn’t sinking in. You can also join the community chat with over 150 students also looking to get CeMAP qualified. With regards to the

Ultimately you have my full support until you’re qualified, and if you sit the course and don’t believe the support was there, you can ask for a FULL refund, no questions asked (so far this has never happened) or you can sit another course for free (also never happened). To my knowledge there is no other provider offering this service.
Other providers say access to group forums and support by e-mail and phone when we get stuck; what does your continuous support package look like and does this have an expiry?
My support only ends when you don’t need me anymore. I find WhatsApp as my first point of contact as in my experience it’s a better medium for providing immediate support and feedback! Whilst I’m not always available for phone calls I do endeavour to come back to students within one working day on queries, and my Masterclass students enjoy priority on this.
If I purchase the home-based learning to spread the learning over a longer period, could I upgrade to a Fast Track Course or 1:1 Coaching later if it becomes obvious I need a more interactive learning approach? Basically, is it possible to pay the difference to upgrade?
Yes! Absolutely and around 25% of my E-Learning students do this, you just pay the difference and book on the sessions that suit you.
