Is this EVERYTHING I need for CERER?
Remember you'll need to pay for the exam itself, you can do this by going directly to Walbrook Institute (LIBF) and your exam fee is £265. You do not need to pay for any additional study material, everything you need for that you'll find right here.
Is this exam-focused or practical?
Both. You’ll be fully prepared for the exam and understand how to apply equity release within regulated advice responsibly.
