I didn’t pass CeMAP first time.
In fact, I failed multiple times before I figured out how to actually study in a way that worked around real life.
I sat an intensive fast track course (that I took ten days off work to do), and still failed.. spectacularly. I hated being on Zoom with 20 other students all with their cameras off.
When I wanted to ask questions I was told ‘there wasn’t time if we wanted to get through the material’, and once the course had finished and I failed, I asked for support and was told to pay again and sit another course.

Is this EVERYTHING I need for CERER?
Remember you'll need to pay for the exam itself, you can do this by going directly to Walbrook Institute (LIBF) and your exam fee is £265. You do not need to pay for any additional study material, everything you need for that you'll find right here.
Is this exam-focused or practical?
Both. You’ll be fully prepared for the exam and understand how to apply equity release within regulated advice responsibly.
I’ve just passed CeMAP. Is this right for me?
This is designed for advisers already working with clients and looking to expand into later life lending.
How long do I get access?
12 months from purchase with unlimited annual renewals until you're qualified.
Is there support?
Yes. Updates, additional materials, and structured content will be added throughout the access period.
Can I pay monthly?
